2008 Narrabundah College SRC

The Student Representative Council- SRC of Narrabundah has approx. 25 members. Students take the opportunity to be involved in aspects of running the school. Our regular meetings are held on Mondays in the kitchen.

To welcome new members we had a Getting to Know you  and Planning afternoon in March.  Our first fund raiser and social activity is selling & delivering St Valentines Day flowers on St Valentines Day.

Another role of the SRC is to represent the College. Recently the ACT colleges have formed the College representative Council- Cw.slRC . We have 3 students who attend the monthly meetings. This has given the colleges a voice in the wider community-even speaking at the Legislative Assembly.

The SRC run the assemblies and have representatives on the school board.

The yr 12 students run the meetings . Both year 11 and year 12 have the opportunity to be part of committees in organising the school jerseys and the Yr 12 Formal.
